Within the framework of searching for funding and implementation resources for your investment plan, the services provided by our company are divided into the following stages of work:
Stage 1: Check of the Existing Business Plan
- Analysis – presentation of the next steps.
- Meetings and Lobby with governmental institutions, Ministers and presidents of organizations.
Stage 2: Maturity of Business Plan
- Preparation of Business Plan and Marketing Plan, as well as Feasibility Study – Sustainability Study for its submission to private funding platforms in Cyprus and abroad.
Stage 3: Services for drawing up and submitting a request/ funding file of the project, within the framework of the Juncker package (investment portal).
- Drafting of request and submission to the joint investment plan submission platform in accordance with the standards of the platform of the investment portal.
- Business support for the possibility of improving the file’s score.
- Electronic submission & submission of files (supporting documents).
- Support until the final evaluation.
Stage 4: Services for drawing up and submitting a request/ funding file of the project to the European Investment Bank.
- Drafting of request and submission to the European Investment Bank in accordance with the standards.
- Drafting of the economic and technical study of the investment plan in accordance with the standards of the investment platform.
- Business support for the possibility of improving the file’s score.
Upon the submission of the final check request and until the funding disbursement:
- Support up until the final check.
- Sending of additional supporting documents that may be required during the file updating process at the on-the-spot check. It shall be noted that the sending of additional/ updated supporting documents is not associated with the incomplete filling of the file during the stage of the final request’s submission, but with the need of updated supporting documents (e.g. accounting of investment) given that a significant amount of time has passed from the submission of the final check request until its realization.
- Correspondent bank selection process.
- Preparation of supporting documents for the gradual disbursement of funding.
Stage 5: Support/ management services for the submission of the funding request to other sources.
- Representation in meetings with private investors and venture capital funds (venture capitals, equity providers, etc.)
- Support in the signing of funding agreements until the realization of the investment.
- Creation of investment schemes/ vehicles for the best possible funding of the investment venture.
- Resolution of administrative problems which may arise by the time of the investment implementation until its completion.
- Support for the implementation of the venture until its completion (implementation of the material and financial aspects).
