A new chapter of collaborations opens for Future Cooperation following the signing of its agreement with ITMC, a technology consulting firm specializing in the IT sector.
The project that led to the collaboration between the two parties involves the implementation of the project “Indicators for Monitoring Credit Management Operations Using QPR Process Analyzer Software” for Piraeus Bank.
Under this agreement, Future Cooperation’s consulting team, with expertise in process design and redesign, undertakes, among other things:
- Capturing the project requirements and preparing the business requirements document
- Defining the necessary indicators (calculations, frequency, data sources)
- Preparing user manuals for Business Users
- Participating in project performance tests (UATs)
- Supporting the client in using the application and recording required improvements
