Future Cooperation, with a strong focus on undertaking projects related to renewable energy development services (RES), announces the commencement of its collaboration with SKGR ENERGY, assuming the role of investment advisor.
Under this collaboration, the advisory firm, on behalf of its client, will submit an application for the inclusion of the investment project under Law 4608/2019, ‘Attraction of Strategic Investments,’ for the development of photovoltaic power plants with a total capacity of 794 MW.
Consulting Services for the Photovoltaic Power Plant Project
With the commencement of the agreement, Future Cooperation will provide, among other services, the following advisory support to ensure the successful completion of the project:
- Submission of an electronic application through the specially designed website of “Invest in Greece S.A.”
- Preparation and submission of an executive summary of the investment, documenting the financial credibility of the project
- Preparation and submission of an analysis of the direct and indirect impacts of the investment on the Greek economy
- Preparation of a complete submission dossier, including a detailed investment business plan
- Monitoring the evaluation process of the dossier and submitting any additional supporting documents or clarifications as required
- Providing information, guidance, and recommendations to the investor throughout the evaluation process of the submitted dossier
